Yes. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free with all data kept.

One Family plan covers up to 5 profiles — children and adults. Each profile has its own progress, streak and skin. A parent PIN guards the parent area, the account and any purchase.

Credits pay for AI features such as simplifying an imported song or writing a drill from the keys you miss. They reset every month. On Family, a parent sets a cap per child, and every AI lesson waits for a parent's approval before a child sees it.

A display name, an avatar (no photos), an optional birth year and practice data — nothing else. A parent gives consent first and can export or delete a profile at any time. There are no ads and no chat.
